Technical Support

DEPCO is seeking candidates responsible for phone support, repairs of electronic equipment, product testing and various other tasks relating to technical education and customer support. The position is located at DEPCO's headquarters in the Pittsburg, KS office. Applicants must have the following skillset:

  • Good mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Windows based computer hardware and software knowledge
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and covey information clearly and consistently to the customer
  • The ability to work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel at least 2 weeks per month if necessary
  • Ability to work the occasional weekend for events or mobile robotics competitions
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • A valid drivers license is required – Class C CDL is a bonus but not required
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test

Pay based on education and experience, excellent fringe benefit package available for full-time employees. Bachelors degree recommended but not required. Networking knowledge and experience a plus but not requried. Send letter of interest and resume to:
