When I start Computer Animation (or other) MediaPlus applications everything works and it plays videos fine, except the Title and Introduction videos. This is the error i receive when i start a media plus app. “Cannot invoke property set of ‘SRC’ at this time.” It also states, above this message, Problem starting player. There was a problem starting player for this scene. See belove for more details. Please call technical support for assistance.

In the support folder of the MediaPLUS CD you will find a Shockwave uninstall and a Shockwave install. Run them in that order and it should remedy the problem.
