I need to send in some of my equipment for repair. What are the procedures for this?

You will need to call 1-800-767-1062 and speak to a support rep before sending anything in for repair. They will determine what items should come to Depco for repair and what items will need to go to the manufacturer. They may also help you repair some items over the phone without having to send them in for repair. If the support rep feels an item needs to come in for repair they will issue you a RMA number. This number will need to be written on the box you ship the item in. Also, you will need to include a copy of the customer return form. Fill it out completely and send it in with the items being repaired. Please be specific about the items you are sending in and what the issues are. Please be sure to note if you include any cords, or other items that might become separated for the item being sent in for repair.
