Call Tag Policy for Depco, LLC.

1. We will provide call tags for return shipping to SupportPLUS customers, regardless of purchase date.
2. If a customer has an item that is less than 90 day old we may provide a call tag.
3. We may provide a call tag in the event of continued repairs. (I.E. A customer sends an item in for repair, we fix it, return it, they get it back and they still have a problem with it.)
4. If a Depco, LLC. rep is in the area they may pick the item up instead of issuing a call tag.
5. Any call tags for merchandise out of the 90 day range will be at the discretion of Depco, LLC. management.
6. Depco, LLC. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
