Verify that you have entered in the correct Billing Address. The billing address is the address tied to the credit card owner. This address may be different from the Shipping Address.
Verify that you have not exceeded your credit card limit. Some credit cards may have a dollar amount limit such as $500.00.
Check that you have items in your shopping cart. If you added items to your shopping cart, then left the page for 30 minutes or more, your session may have timed out. You will either need to login again, or add the items to your cart again, depending on where you were before you left the page.
All orders require a minimum purchase of $15.00.
